Nice to meet you! I'm Dallas, Holistic Nutritionist, mother and your wellness journey BFF. I am passionate about all things women's health and wellness. My personal journey sparked my inspiration to become a nutritionist so I know how frustrating it can be, feeling like you are in a constant battle with your body, but I promise you your body isn't against you. You can get to where you want to be!

I help women improve their health, relationship with food & create a balanced lifestyle by discovering what works for their bodies unique needs.
