This program is designed to help women build strength, gain confidence and hit their happy weight. We offer 3 classes (Her Fit Camp, Mommy Fit Camp & Stroller Fit Camp). We focus on form and technique while making fitness fun and sustainable. Included are weekly workouts, monthly meal guides and nutrition seminars on a variety of topics. HER FIT CAMP programs offer accountability, structured workouts and fun. HI! I'm Dallas, a certified nutritional practitioner, mother of two, wife and your wellness journey BFF. I am passionate about all things women's health and wellness. My personal health journey sparked my inspiration to become a nutritionist so I know how frustrating it can be, feeling like you are in a constant battle with your body, but I promise you your body isn't against you. You can get to where you want to be without restrictive diets, intensive exercise and an all or nothing approach.

I help women just like you improve their health, relationship with food & create a balanced lifestyle by discovering what works for their bodies unique needs. So if you're ready to ditch the diets, support your hormones and nourish your body with delicious foods then I will be right by your side on this journey!
