MOMMY FIT CAMP: Mom + Babies and Kids
This is a full body workout designed to safely strengthen and support your post pregnancy body. Classes are a mix of body weight, dumb bell, resistance bands and baby weight exercises.
We have 4000 square feet of safe turf space for babies to crawl and play while moms get their sweat on! This is a great opportunity to keep babies stimulated and develop a healthy relationship with movement.
