We focus on getting you stronger, improving your form, boosting metabolism and gaining confidence! Classes include a mix of barbell, dumbbell, resistance bands strength exercise and conditioning circuits that make cardio fun!

Mommy Fit Camp
Ideal for 12 weeks + Postpartum
•This is a full body workout designed to safely strengthen and support your post pregnancy body.Classes are a mix of body weight, dumb bell, resistance bands and baby weight exercises.
•We have 4000 square feet of safe turf space for babies to crawl and play while moms get their sweat on!
•This is a great opportunity to keep babies stimulated and develop a healthy relationship with movement.
Schedule: Tuesday & Thursday 11:30 am
Stroller Fit Camp
Ideal for 8 weeks + Postpartum
📍Mondays: Ajax 🕙10am
📍Wednesdays: Pickering 🕙10am
What to expect:
Get moving in the fresh air with your little one(s)
•A fun and effective workout to support and strengthen your body postpartum
•Exercises that use body weight, strollers, bands and some fun extras
•An empowering, fun and inclusive community of local mamas
•Join in on monthly mom events to grow your mama community and strengthen relationships
